Santo Domingo
The capital of the country and its largest city, located in the southern region along the Caribbean Sea. It is notable for its Colonial Zone, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which preserves historic buildings such as the Cathedral of Santa Mar铆a la Menor and the Alcazar of Columbus. It is also an important economic and cultural hub.


Santiago de los Caballeros
Known as "The Heart City," it is an important economic, agricultural, and industrial center located in the Cibao Valley. It is famous for the production of tobacco and cigars, as well as for its historical and cultural heritage, including the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration and the Le贸n Center.


Puerto Plata
Located on the northern coast, it combines history with tourism and nature. It features golden beaches, Mount Isabel de Torres, the San Felipe Fortress, and a tourist cable car. It is a historic port and an economic center of the northern region.



Saman谩
